Most deliveries will normally be dispatched via 1st Class recorded post unless stated in the listing as other, Airsure for international deliveries, within 2-4 weeks of receipt of your order (excluding Weekends and Holidays) these items should be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch, this applies to UK only, 2 weeks for international packages, but THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Parcels are subject to Royal Mail terms and conditions. THEY HAVE UP TO 15 WORKING DAYS TO DELIVER AND 28 DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL 1st Class Mail BEFORE THEY CLASS ANY ITEM AS LATE OR LOST AND WILL NOT ANSWER QUERIES BEFORE THEN. If your order is URGENT Less than 10 days we strongly suggest you consider the RUSH ORDER SERVICE £15.00 charge will apply you will need to add the priority shipping to your order when you are going through the last stages of the checkout process we will not rush an order through unless this option is selected and added to your order total. Some veils cannot be rushed through the illusions bridal range for example these have to be shipped from America so please allow up to 10 days for these to arrive in the UK.
Most parcels will require a signature. If you are not in a card will be left. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for collection/re-delivery. Any goods not collected and returned to us will be sent out again on payment of a further delivery charge.
Custom tax for international sales there may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country.
Returns policy,
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. However in the event that you are not a 100% satisfied with your item return it within 7 days of receipt and we will issue a refund less postage and handling fee. We ask that you file the online returns form before sending anything back.online returns form you will need to sign in with your password to access this form.
We do ask that all returns must be unworn in the original condition and packaging and paper work with tags still intact unauthorized returns or returns sent back in envelopes will not be accepted.
Please do not remove the tags this will invalidate your return. Because excess handling damages these items we are terribly sorry but we cannot accept a return beyond the first 7 days.
We will replace any item that is found defective with a identical item provided we are notified of the defect within 24 hrs of being received, faulty goods will be exchanged free of charge.
No refunds will be given for items that have been worn damaged or soiled or show signs of access handling.
We ask that you insure the package (recorded delivery) for the return journey as we cannot give you a refund if they arrive damaged in any form or go missing in the postal system. We do charge a 25% restocking fee on all returned merchandise.
Veil orders are not stock items they are all made to order so we do ask you to be sure of your colour and style before ordering and do order some swatches to be sure of your colour order swatches.
Custom veil orders, These are orders that have been ordered by request through the custom order form these are non refundable because they have been made to your specification.
Veils with added accents (pearls & crystals) are also non refundable because they have been personalised to your taste.
