Q. How long will it take to receive my veil?
A. If your shipping address is within the United Kingdom: You should receive your order within 2-4 weeks by royal mail (does not include weekends or holidays) from the date of your order depending on the time of the year February through to September being the must busiest time of the year. If you have ordered a custom veil (special colour or accents) then your item should be received within 2-4 weeks from the date of the order. If you need your item sooner than 2-4 weeks this will be classed as a rush order and a charge of £15.00 will occur. We can rush orders through but even rush orders take a couple of days to be manufactured and a day to Deliver so please don't ask us to do this in unreasonable time frames we will need a 7 day minimum period and even then on the rare occasion Special delivery can have problems and take 2 days rather than 1 day so please only do this and rush a order through if it is a real emergency only you will also need to pay for the priority shipping service at the finial stages of the checkout process there is a standard £15.00 charge for this service.
B. International shipments. Shipping times will vary depending on your Country. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to be received no Rush orders available for international deliveries sorry, because of the shipping time frame it just would not be possible unless you wish to pay for an overnight service but you are talking mega bucks.
Q. If I am not happy with my veil can I return it?
A. We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase because you have taken the time to decide on your personal style and colour by ordering swatches and will not need to send a veil back.
Veils which do not have add accents (pearls and crystal which you have ordered to be added to the veil) can be returned within 7 days. sorry there is no return on veils that have been personalised by adding accents or special colour veils this will be anything other than the standard colours white, ivory, silk white and pale ivory.
because excess handling damages these items and we have had stock back in dreadful conditions we also in the past have had brides buy 3 veils just to try on and send back this puts a lot of pressure on our small business we charge a restocking fee of 25% on returns, as we offer our wedding veils at a fraction of the price of high street bridal salons this is were you should arrange a visit so you can try on veil designs and be totally sure of your veil requirements before placing an order with us

Custom ordered veils these are veils they have added accents or coloured edges for example these cannot be returned for a refund as they are also made to your personal taste.
Please make sure that the tags are still attached if you remove tags this will invalidate your return, items must be unworn in the original condition and returned in the original packaging, Please may we ask that you use the online returns form to return an item you will need to log in tho access this form prior to any return/exchange just to let us know of your intentions and that the item is on its way. We will replace any item that is found to be defective with an identical item only provided we are notified of the defect within 24 hrs of delivery shipping charges will be refunded for replacement. If you do not agree with these T&C please do not place an order.
Q. What is Silk White / diamond white? and sparkle white?
A. Silk White is one shade between white and ivory. It is also called "off-white" or "diamond white? It is popular for use with white silk dresses since silk fabric is never a true white. Shimmer tulle is a special finish on the fabric which looks normal under false light but when you step out into natural day light the fabric sparkles like it has been sprinkled with magic dust very popular with brides who do not want accents on the veil.
Q. Can I order a custom made veil that is cut to my specifications? A. You sure can, We can cut a veil to any length(s) you would like! Custom made veils can normally be made and sent to you within 2-4 weeks after the date of your order. To get a price on your custom veil, please fill in the custom order form giving us specifications you would like for your veil, you will receive a price quote by the next working day.
Q. What is the veiling made of?
A. Our veiling is made out of very high quality sheer fabric a very fine nylon net.
Q. What is a blusher
A. This is the top tier which you pull over your face, please note face area of the veils are left free from accents most bride do prefer this method again if this is an issue let us know.
